The oven is a dream and the range is awesome to use in an outdoor patio setting. Like most commercial style ranges the workings are straightforward and I know I'll be in a position to get parts in 20 years...and it's made in the USA! (Pacoima, CA)...no circuit boards or funky electronics to be concerned about. What is not to like with these ranges? Like the chef mentioned, ..."build the house from the stove out"!
