No. Can I talk to a technician myself? No. Is there ANY way I can get my stove fixed? No. He'll talk to Tod and call me back.
That was over a week ago. I haven't had time to spend another hour on the telephone considering that, so I haven't referred to as him.
It is a lovely stove, but you'd be a fool to buy a single.
We've had the version of this range with the single 36" oven for over a year now. The range best is fine, and the entire thing looks pretty in our kitchen. But the oven goes out, randomly. An oven that goes out. That's not considerably use at ALL, is it, Fisher Paykel?
Oh, and just about every time the broiler heats up it floods the area with smoke (and yes this oven does get cleaned on a regular basis).
So if you get one of these:
- decide to buy a potent range hood.
- do not expect to roast or bake.
Then you'll be just fine.
